Great to gather with other sociologists for the annual meetings of the American Sociological Association (ASA) and Association for the Sociology of Religion (ASR) in New York City. My responsibilities were a bit lighter this year as immediate *past* president of ASR. I’m grateful for continued excellence in leadership and camaraderie in community. I especially enjoyed sneaking in long morning runs along the Hudson River Greenway!
