Wonderful to gather in New York City at the headquarters of the Council on Foreign Relations for the 2026 Religion and Foreign Policy Workshop. The multi-day convening introduced new ideas and new thinking partners on religion, gender, immigration, peace, governance, and more. I especially appreciated the smaller group exchange on women in leadership facilitated by Linda Robinson, author of Women in Power. The experience amplified my awareness of global and policy interconnections to the work we do as sociologists of religion.
