A recent webinar offered a great opportunity to dialogue about the past, present, and prospects of Catholic Studies 60 years after the close of Vatican II. Thanks to Indiana University’s Center for the Study of Religion & American Culture (RAAC) for instigating these reflections from a multidisciplinary perspective. The field of Catholic Studies, much like Catholics and the global Catholic Church, evolved significantly across these decades — with so much promise for future scholarship and the scholars who pursue it.
